Who We Are

History

Steed Construction Inc. was founded in 1988 by Randy Steed to provide General Contracting and Construction Management services to clients in Northern California. In 1993 a second office was opened in Boise, Idaho to provide those same services to clients in the Treasure Valley. Over the next 17 years our client base expanded as did the locations of their projects. In 2010 another office was opening in Utah to help better serve our growing client base in the intermountain region. Today, Steed Construction operates out of our two offices located in Eagle, ID and Salt Lake City, UT to meet the expanding needs of our clients throughout this region.

Over the years our client base has expanded to include real estate developers and end users in all aspects of commercial construction, making Steed Construction a strong leader in the construction industry.

After 32 years Randy stepped down as President and promoted his sons, Scott (President) and Chris (Executive Vice President). They, along with a team of experienced managers, continue to lead the company forward providing the highest level of service with hands-on attention to detail.

To ensure quality and a timely project completion, we are continuing to develop and implement proven systems and employ experienced professionals and qualified subcontractors that meet ours and our customers high standards. Each brings their talents to enhance and complement our project teams.
